Our Story
For years, our family ate grass-fed beef raised by neighbors and friends. We knew where it came from and how it was raised — and we wouldn't have it any other way.
Then we discovered Wagyu. The marbling, the tenderness, the depth of flavor — we were hooked. But finding real Wagyu locally was nearly impossible. So we decided to raise our own at Lilac Rain Farm, and share it with people who care about the same things we do.
Our daughter Esther supervises the herd. If you want an update on any animal, just ask her — she'll know. That's how Estherland Wagyu got its name.
We raise our cattle on our pastures in Easton, New York, in a low-stress environment, feeding them the best clover, alfalfa, and grass hay we can grow. No shortcuts. No hormones. Just the kind of beef we wanted for our own family — now available to yours.
